The City of Hamilton has completed an Environmental Project Report in accordance with Ontario Regulation 231/08 for the introduction of Rapid Transit (RT) in the B-Line corridor between McMaster University and Eastgate Square.
Some minor revisions to the Environmental Project Report (EPR) were made after the Notice of Completion was published. Those revisions are outlined in the revised Table 4.5 and the new Appendix D.
On December 22, 2011, the Ministry of the Environment issued a letter stating that the City Of Hamilton could now proceed to issue a Statement of Completion, which has recently been filed with the Ministry.
